Should such an occasion arise, please call the attention of our staff on delivery so that we can immediately attend to the matter and resolve the issue.
If any product you purchased from us is damaged or inedible, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours through our customer support at email@example.com. Any claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
Ecosprout reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.
