BestSprouts Advertising Terms

Scope
These terms apply to anyone purchasing a paid article placement, newsletter sponsorship, LinkedIn sponsorship, or display advertising on BestSprouts. By submitting payment or content for any of these products, you agree to the terms below.
What We Sell

Paid article placements. Your announcement, product update, or market news, published on the site.

Newsletter sponsorships. A sponsored slot in the BestSprouts newsletter.

LinkedIn sponsorships. A sponsored post on the BestSprouts LinkedIn channel.

Display advertising. Banner placements alongside site content.
Current pricing is available on request. Rates are reviewed periodically and may change; confirmed bookings hold the rate agreed at the time of purchase.
Content Guidelines
All submitted content must:
- Be accurate and not make claims the advertiser cannot substantiate.
- Avoid defamatory, discriminatory, or misleading claims about competitors or third parties.
- Comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection law in the advertiser's market.
BestSprouts reserves the right to decline, edit for clarity or length, or request revisions to any submitted content before publication. Declining content is not a judgment on the advertiser; it is a check on whether the content meets these guidelines.
Labeling
Every placement, newsletter sponsorship, LinkedIn sponsorship, and banner ad is labeled as paid or sponsored. This labeling is not negotiable and is not removed at an advertiser's request.
Submission and Turnaround
- Content must be submitted at least 5 business days before the requested publication or send date.
- BestSprouts will confirm receipt and flag any content issues within 2 business days of submission.
- Late submissions may be rescheduled to the next available slot rather than guaranteed for the originally requested date.
Payment
- Payment is due in full before publication or send, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods and currency will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the scheduled publication or send date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 5 business days are non-refundable, as the slot has already been reserved and scheduled.
- BestSprouts may reschedule or cancel a placement due to unforeseen editorial or technical issues. In that case, the advertiser will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled slot.
Liability
BestSprouts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a placement, including but not limited to lost business or lost opportunity. Our total liability for any single placement is limited to the amount paid for that placement.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to that booking.
