  • Where do you source your fruits and vegetables?

    We get our products from a network of local farms. We are also slowly building our organic farm, soon enough we will be able to source the majority of products from our organic farm.

  • What is the minimum amount for delivery?

    To avail of our FREE DELIVERY, minimum amount is P2,000. For orders less than the minimum, please shoulder the shipping free from our partner courier - Mr. Speedy.

  • Do you have an order cut-off?

    Yes, order cut-off for Next Day Delivery is 6pm. Orders beyond 6pm will be delivered two days after.

  • How fast can you deliver?

    All orders are shipped on a Next Day Delivery schedule. We deliver from Monday-Friday.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    We deliver from 9am-4pm. Once your orders have been packed and ready for dispatching, we will notify you through text and email.

    If no one is available to receive your orders, please let us know so we can reschedule immediately. Due to the nature of our products, we need to assure that someone will receive the order.

  • How will you deliver my order?

    Our partner courier is Mr. Speedy and we will deliver your orders in eco-friendly packaging.

  • What’s your delivery area coverage?

    We deliver anywhere in Metro Manila for FREE with a minimum amount of P2,000. If you live outside Metro Manila, please arrange the shipping of your orders.

  • What’s the best way to store fresh produce?

    For fruits and leafy vegetables, it’s best to keep them in a refrigerator. For rootcrops, spices such as onions and garlic, they can be stored at room temperature.

  • If I’m not satisfied with my orders, what should I do?

    Our dispatch team is trained to inspect the items before dispatching the items to our partner courier. We make sure the items go through a strict control process before they reach your homes. Due to the nature of our products, we stick with our company policy that once items have been received it is assumed that you have inspected the goods and are satisfied with the quality.

    But if the items were damaged while in transit, we will need you to send proof through pictures and send them to contact@bestsproutshop.com immediately after receiving the items. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

  • Do you accept bulk orders?

    Yes, we welcome bulk orders from restaurants and businesses. Please send us an email and address to contact@bestsproutshop.com.

  • Is it safe to use my debit card on Ecosprout?

    Our payment gateway partner is Paynamics Inc. and they guarantee safe and trustworthy transactions.

  • Can I make a purchase and send it as a Gift?
